My Story

I am an Italian woman who has spent ten years working in the world of physical wellness, as a graduate in the sciences of movement and massage therapist. I created my own training programs and I even presented them on various stages across Europe. However, an an early-stage cancer diagnosis and a neurological crisis changed everything. That turning point led me on a path of deep listening to question everything. I traveled to Mexico, where the contact with the shamanic tradition transformed the way I understand life. There I realized that it’s not enough just to function; you need to be aligned.

Today, I guide people who are going through their own turning point I integrate scientific foundations of body and mind with holistic practices and real-life experiences to help them understand their current moment and make decisions aligned with who they are today. I don’t work from theory; I work from daily practice.
